I thought it would be fun to overlay the three Flicka 20 Pacific Voyages that I know about. Sampaguita, captained and crewed by myself, left Port Townsend, WA on August 22, 2023, and returned to Port Townsend, WA on July 8, 2024. Sampaguita had a couple Fin whales(I think) swimming with her for about a half an hour a few hundred miles west of Washington State. They clearly knew what they were doing and would get very close. This Pacific Seacraft Corporation of California promotional material was reprinted from Sea magazine, published September 1989, and written by Peter Bohr. I received a folder of various Flicka 20 hard copy brochures and articles when I purchased Sampaguita, Hull #317 and this was included. In my reduction of paper storage, I have decided to preserve and share them digitally. All Copyrights are retained by the original owners.
